The safety and comfort of horses in transit is paramount. For that reason, the SW Horsebox, capable of carrying 2 horses, and 3 people (including driver) is a highly spec’d vehicle that will provide comfort and safety to all occupants, equine and human!

Strong and protective

Large reinforced and padded forward bulkhead
No ‘breast bar’ which larger horses tend to try to jump over and can then injure themselves on
Rear-facing stalls, now widely accepted as the safest way to transport horses, mean that even if emergency braking were required the horses are exceptionally unlikely to incur any injury
Padded walls in horse region to protect horses in transit
Fully rubber matted provides cushioned and grippy floor to horses during transit

A bit of spark

Full colour CCTV allows Katie to keep a close eye on the horses in transit.
Extractor fans to keep good supply of fresh air to horses and control the temperature in their stalls
Adjustable brightness lights to facilitate loading and unloading
Red travel light for horses provides calming illumination

Flexible & well built

Rear partition can be moved backward to provide additional room for horses that need be transported ‘loosely’
Fitted with a grooms door to allow personnel access to the horses without risk of their escape
Full height stall partition ensures horses do not attempt to jump over it

Plenty of room in rear of horsebox for additional equipment to be transported along with horses
